Sheena Oladapo is an analytical leader who takes a systematic approach to helping clients restructure their operations to maximize efficiency. Her ability to implement strategic plans for process implementation has been a valuable asset in reducing processing delays and errors, resulting in more seamless transactions.
For 20 years, Sheena has worked as a Project Manager, supporting organizational leaders and teams in facilitating effective documentation management procedures. Her meticulous attention to detail in processing client applications helps organizations mitigate compliance risk and ensure accurately and timely contract deliverables.
Sheena was able to leverage her project coordination skills and case management knowledge to pivot into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, she helps Real Estate professionals increase operational efficiency by resolving procedural discrepancies to ensure effective process implementation from contract to closing.
